As most of you know, when I'm not updating my blog, it's because I'm really busy living!! So when I start to blog again, I have so many things to tell you that I dont even know how to start! So I decided to start with this new section: Life via cell. Pictures I take every day, and they worth more than a thousand of words, so...

Scrapbook + Leopard Print + Babies... yeah, it works!

I have my scrapbook label a little forgotten lately, so... let's go!

As all of you know {and if you don't, now you do!}, I'm the lover number one of leopard print.
Just look.

 I know that with the leopard print, is really easy to pass from a very elegant to the most vulgar way ever. But that's the challenge, and that's why I ❤ it!

So I can imagine how weird it can sound leopard print for a scrapbook about a baby.
But in my scrapbook, I want a page for each member of our little family, and mine had to be in leopard print!
So I was thinking a lot about it, until a good idea {at least I think it is!} came to may head!
And it was... JUNGLE!
So let's see how I did it, so maybe if any of you is so lover of this kind of prints like leopard, zebra or whatever, and want to do something cute for a baby, you can do it, absolutely!

Before & After: a package!!

What happens if you receive a package like this one?

It is ok, I mean, a gift is always a gift, and it will always be welcome!

But, what if you receive something like this?

It is really different!! I would say, even better! And really easy too! For example, in my case, I just needed {apart of the gift, obviously!}:

These are blue sheets for gifts, a cute box for a little gift where I put "my first keys" toy, a vase by cars, a gift card.. actually they are little details, but remember: details mark the difference!!

The point is try to make the little details just important! Starting on the box, as you can see, I wrote my nephew name on one of the sides, also with a blow made by me with ribbon I bought on Hobby Lobby.

Another important thing, the gift card! For this one, I used my stamps!

I have a really easy tutorial on this point for an emergency gift and with no gift card. It is really difficult do not have a gift card, because you can make one with almost anything around you, but you can also give a gift by you to a person, and without gift card, he or she will no exactly that the gift comes from you!

How? Just think about something that really caracterizes you! In my case, any person around me could say you: leopard print! So here we go!

I actually had a "video tutorial" for you {my first!!}, but I saw it on the computer, and the light is really bad, so I think that just with the picture is enough!

{I have both ribbons around my wrist, so that´s why I know that if somebody receives a gift with these two ribbons, he´s going to know it´s from me!}

Here you have another cute way to "hide" the price of something:

ps: this morning I was on my way to the post office with the package to send it, and a friend of mine saw me from the other side, he told me "I was not really sure if it was you, but when I saw that leopard print tape I said: ok, she is" so... I think my sister will know it comes from me inmediately!!

I always wanted try "scrapbooking", but I never dared... til last week! it's a good way to forget all about college {you know, appointments, homework, exams, readings...} and spend your free time, and free your imagination.

I've started with something really easy and cute. Actually it is cute, but not as easy. I've started with a photo album of my baby {❤ u cutie pie!}

So, what do you need?

{scrapbook papers, some stamps, ink for stamps, stickers, embellishments... and any stuff you like, because, actually scrapbooking depends a lot on  what do you like and the way you want to do it!}

Oh, and, of course, pictures!

Once you have the paper and the pictures you want for it, it's just about decorate it! Everything works, and there's not a better or a worst way way, there are just different ways to do it, and maybe sometimes, something that I find  really beautiful, you're going to find it horrible, or viceversa.

To find all this kind of beautiful stuff, I recommend you Hobby Lobby {actually is where I bought all my stuff} , this is the shop which I visit, at least, once at day {"WTF?!?!"... i know...} and there you can find anything that you're looking for. You can also shop online, and actually not just for scrapbooking, if you like decorating, you will become crazy, and you will get why I need to go to the shop once at day.

It's a good way to have all that memories, and not in a simple photo album, this will be YOUR photo album, the one all over the world, and that's awesome!!

Happy bday treasure of my life!

Today's this little person 1st birthday!!

Since he arrived to our lifes, he just brought us love and happiness in a very difficult time for all of us, so we can just say him THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL!!! {althought he just says: mama}

The saddest part is that I'm so so so far away that I can't be with him in a so special day, but luckily, last week before I leave, we celebrate his 1st birthday {and a surprise "we'll miss u" party to me}

So thanks to my sister for this ENORMOUS GIFT in my life.

Cutest gift!

The situation is: you have hundreds of things to do, because you are going to be out of your country for 4 months, so you have to buy, pack, etc. BUT, theres a birthday coming soon!! And no any birthday: it's the bday of one of the most important people on your life so... WHAT DO YOU DO!?!

In my case, I could go to any store and buy any nice shirt, but for a special person, a special gift!!!

Summer brought me back!

I know it has been a loooong while, but truth is that I've had 0 time to dedicate to my blog, and lots of stories to tell you. I swear you that, if I start to tell you every one of these stories, it had not an end!

To be honest, I've missed you a lot, but things happen for a reason, don't they?? So I guess that if I have to say something positive abouT all my time out of here, is that I have lots & lots of things to tell you!

First of all, I wanna share with you all my happiness because THIS IS SUMMER!!

Well, actually the beginning of the summer was some months ago, but here in my town, I think this month is going to be the REAL summer {crossed fingers}
